Subject: add function to mark a day

+ __mark_set
    + function to set the mark of a day
    + arguments: "-s=" store location, "-z=" mark sign, "-y= | -m= | -d=" specific day
    + if nothing else is specified '*' is set for the current day

+README: add sed to the requirements
